Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Proto.supply within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • All accessories, manuals, and bundled items are included
  • The item has not been soldered, modified, or physically damaged by the customer
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been soldered, assembled, or modified
  • Consumables (solder wire, flux, thermal paste, etc.)
  • Items with broken anti-static seals (ICs, microcontrollers)
  • Software licenses or download codes
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@proto.supply with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
  3. Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back
