Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Proto.supply within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- All accessories, manuals, and bundled items are included
- The item has not been soldered, modified, or physically damaged by the customer
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been soldered, assembled, or modified
- Consumables (solder wire, flux, thermal paste, etc.)
- Items with broken anti-static seals (ICs, microcontrollers)
- Software licenses or download codes
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@proto.supply with your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours
- Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund:
